Shortly, Pasta is Italian cuisine made from flour, egg and water.

Pasta can divided into 2 kind, their are :

1. Short Pasta
2. Long Pasta

Short pasta such as rigatoni, penne, maccaroni, gnochi, farfale, fusili, etc.

Long pasta such as spaghetti, fettuchini, papardele, lasagna, bigoli, buccantini, etc.

1. Bolognese

5. Aglio Olio
